Alexandra has been involved in numerous individual and team sports from a young age, including ballet, hockey, and swimming. She is passionate about cycling and has competed in various provincial and national road and mountain bike competitions, representing South Africa in 2014.
Alexandra’s decision to pursue a career in sports psychology came after she was involved in a serious cycling accident. There, she discovered the mind’s powerful role in performance. Her passion for sports has led her to work with athletes of all levels across a variety of sports, helping them enhance and optimise their performance and well-being.
Her approach goes beyond simply addressing performance challenges. She collaborates with clients to identify strengths, build confidence, and implement strategies that help them reach their full potential. She values meaningful relationships, grounded in the understanding that athletes are not just competitors but individuals with unique identities, experiences, and aspirations.
